Living in the Margins
Location: Eastern Hills and Uptown Campus
Dates: Thursday’s at 6:30PM at both campuses (4 Weeks). Begins on January 14th.
Teachers: Brady Faust will be teaching the course at Uptown and Doug Shell will be teaching the course at Eastern Hills.
Course Description: This course will go hand in hand with the sermon series being taught in January, “Simple.” It will explore the constant temptation for us to complicate our lives with more activities, more things and more noise. This will be a discussion based course aimed at practically applying a simpler, Christ focused lifestyle in a crazy, hectic world.
Teacher: Doug Shell
Doug is the executive pastor at CTK and graduate of Cincinnati Christian University.
Teacher: Brady Faust
Brady is an elder at CTK. He graduated from Miami (OH) and is a teacher for Oak Hills High School.
Tough Questions: Reformed Theology
Wednesday Nights: This course runs for three weeks, beginning on January 20th.
Time: The class runs from 7PM to 8:30PM. Feel free to come early and hang out if you’d like!
Description: This class will address some of the top theological questions we encounter at CTK. Does God choose who is saved or not saved? Do human beings have free will? What’s the difference between Catholics and Protestants? What is Calvinism? Come ready to discuss these questions and bring your own questions as well!
Teacher: Michael Clary
Michael is the lead pastor of CTK and a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Beyond Feminism (Women Only)
Location: Uptown Campus
Dates: Tuesdays from 7PM to 8:30PM. Begins on January 12th and will last for four weeks.
Course Description: How has this movement helped and hindered us as women? Join other women to explore the history of feminism and it’s impact on us. We will explore various aspects of womanhood related to the topic as we seek to be godly women.
Teacher: Laura Reynolds
Laura is a member of CTK with a passion to see women follow Jesus. She graduated from Union University and has a degree in Christian Education and Women’s Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Teacher: Lauren Thomas
Lauren is a member of CTK, serves in women’s ministry, and is a teacher for CTK Kids. She graduated from Transylvania University and earned a master’s degree in educational policy from the University of Kentucky.

Location: Eastern Hills and Uptown
Dates for Eastern Hills: Sundays from 4:30-6pm for 4 weeks beginning on January 10th.
Dates for Uptown: Mondays from 6:30-8pm for 4 weeks beginning on January 11th.
Course Description: Worship: there are so many opinions, stigmas and preconceptions associated with that word. And yet, God calls us repeatedly throughout Scripture to live our lives as worshippers. Who do we worship? When do we worship? How do we worship? Are there right and wrong ways to worship? This course will dig in to a deeper look at one of our core identities as a Christian, allowing us to rightly view God and how we live out an intimate, joyful relationship with Him.

Dustin is the campus pastor of CTK Eastern Hills and a former worship leader. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University.
