Foundations of Womanhood will explore four primary aspects of gender found in Scripture that apply to any life stage or position.

Queen

All women are created to “rule” over different domains whether a career, home, or various other responsibilities.  God created us to be diligent, productive, and responsible.

Helper

While it might seem demeaning at first to say women are created to be “helpers,” we see numerous times throughout Scripture that God refers to himself as our helper.  This is honorable rather than degrading.

Nurturer

Women were uniquely created to nurture life both physically and spiritually.  This does not mean that all women will bear children, but rather that all women were equipped to uniquely encourage and strengthen the lives of others.

Influencer

All women have been given the incredible power of influence.  This influence can be used for good or for evil.

This is a great opportunity to bring women who do not attend church.  There will be no homework and each week stands alone. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to commit to every week, you can still be involved in the study.
